What is the Exit Strategy?

Exits can be achieved through follow-on rounds (starting from Series A) or an IPO or acquisitions, whichever occurs first. Tawaref does not actively seek exits; however, if any opportunity arises, investors will be promptly informed and will have the opportunity to vote in favor of or against the exit. Subsequently, a decision will be made by the directors based on the majority's opinions.
